Shipping

Shipping inside the United States is free, on every order. We ship with USPS Ground Advantage from Glen Allen, Virginia, and you get a tracking number by email the moment the label is printed. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after we hand it over, longer to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii.

TimeSlide is in stock and shipping now. Orders normally leave within 2 business days.

If we cannot ship your order within that time, we will email you the new date and offer you the choice of waiting or a full refund. That is your right under the FTC's Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, and we honour it without being asked.

We ship to US addresses only for now, including PO boxes and APO/FPO. If you are outside the United States, sign up for our newsletter and we will tell you when that changes.

Each order holds up to five TimeSlides. That is what free shipping is priced for. If you need more than that, email us and we will sort it out.

Lost or damaged in transit: tell us at support@timeslide.watch and we will send a replacement at our cost. You do not need to chase the carrier.
